About the Program
Tiger High School Wrestling competes in Section 1AAA of the Minnesota State High School League. Practices begin in mid-November and run through the end of the season, with duals, tournaments, and invitationals across the region.
Our coaching staff focuses on technical excellence, mental toughness, and the discipline required to compete at the highest level. Wrestlers earn what they get on the mat — and in the classroom.
Practice Times
- Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Tournament days / Open Mat
- Location: Albert Lea High School Wrestling Room
